The County’s and City’s Comprehensive Plans have very specific guidelines and requirements for building, especially when wetlands are involved. However, the seemingly endless requests by developers for Future Land Use Map changes, zoning changes, and variances that are approved by the respective commissions make you question why we even have comp plans.
